This Privacy Policy explains how Marketr (marketr.infoplay.com), operated by INFOPLAY, collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash).
• Business profile: the business name, website, industry, audience, and brand details you provide to improve generations.
• Usage data: which tools you use, token consumption, and generated content history.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive only your email, the amount paid, and the plan purchased — never your card number.
• Optional API keys: if you add your own video-provider keys, they are stored encrypted and used only to fulfill your requests.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the service: generate content, track your token balance, and provide support.
• To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
• To improve the product using aggregated, anonymized usage statistics.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, low-balance notices, important service changes).

We do not sell your personal data or use your content to train AI models.

3. Third-party processors

Your prompts and business details are sent to AI providers to fulfill your requests:

• OpenRouter (text generation — Claude, GPT, Gemini, and others)
• Ideogram (image generation)
• Kling, Runway, Luma (video generation, only if you use Video Studio)
• Stripe (payments)

Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

4. Data retention

Your account data and generated content are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., invoices).

5. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers with restricted access. Passwords are hashed; API keys are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar laws, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: session authentication and your saved preferences (language, theme). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect.
